RETURN POLICY

What is the return policy?
All returns must be processed within *10 days of receiving your order* To qualify for free returns. Please email us at support@blanketful.com with the order number # provided. We will email you back as soon as possible :)

*The 10 days return period starts counting when tracking shows "delivered"*

All returned items must be returned unwashed, undamaged, unused, stain-free, and in their original packaging. After our inspector, inspect the returned item and everything is in good condition, we will refund you the payment. However, if the item arrived in damaged, used, washed, or stained condition unfortunately we cannot offers refunds.

How long does it take for my money to show after the refund?
It takes us 24-48 hours to process your refund request after the items have arrived and have been inspected by our inspectors. Usually, refunds can take from 2-3 business days to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges at the moment.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Things like this can happen and we are so sorry! Please email us at Support@blanketful.com with a CLEAR photo of the damaged or the incorrect item within *10-days of receiving your package* We will do our best to resolve this situation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns/replacement returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
