When will my order be shipped?
For all orders to both USA & Worldwide, the processing time takes up to 24-48 hours to process separate from the shipping time/transit. You will receive a tracking number once it has been processed and picked up by our delivery service.
What is my order shipping time?
(See the chart below), most of our shipping time takes around 1 week, however, the maximum is around 1-2 weeks in countries besides the USA.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed by our team, then Definitely you can cancel your order!... However, if we have already processed your order, we cannot cancel it, since the order(s) has already been transferred to the shipment team.

Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not been processed by our team, then YES! we can change the shipping address, however, if we have already processed your order, then unfortunately we cannot change your delivery address since the order has been transferred to the shipment team.

I put the incorrect address, what should I do?
If you put the incorrect address, please email us at support@blanketful.com as soon as you placed the order, because it is not possible for us to change the address if the order has already been processed by our team and already transferred to our shipment team. When you email us we will try our best to accommodate your concern.
*Please note that we cannot reimburse for an incorrect address if the package has already left the shipment warehouse*
My order was marked "Delivered," but where is my package?
To resolve this, first, we kindly ask for you to check if your package has been misplaced at your neighbor's house, if it is not there, please contact us at support@blanketful.com to file a claim.

What about import duties and customs?
Your package should not be subject to import duties or rejected by customs as we make sure of it!
However, there is a time when import duties such as fees, taxes, or customs duties are inevitable. In this scenario, the customer is held responsible for any charges to abide by the customer's own country's law of import duties.
